This is our first summertime litter, so a "summer songs" theme came naturally! There are so many great songs with "summer"
in the title, it's going to be fun to see what names these little ones end up with when all the picking and choosing is done.

I'm sorry to say I haven't been as busy with the camera this week, having been slammed by a bout of bronchitis. I did manage
to get a few good photos of the cuties, though, and I hope you'll enjoy them! The pups have begun eating solids - or semi-solids
- which is always fun!

As you can see in some of photos above, these puppies CAN actually stand up like normal dogs. However, when placed on
the grooming table, their legs turn to jello. It's an interesting phenomenon, and one that we'll have to investigate. Practice
- practice - practice. I know!

Maybe it would be best to try to hold our little photo shoot when the puppies have not just filled
their bellies. Besides their nerves over being on the table, that food coma was coming on. Anyway, here's what we got, and
if nothing else, they are cute!

| Minnie was the easiest at picture time this week, |

| even though I couldn't quite get her front legs under her. Oh, well! |
| Not that June bugs are adorable, |

| but the name is cute, and so is our little June Bug, even though she could not stand up for her pic! |
| Summer's little legs were just not standy-uppy, |
|
| and she was trying to grip the table with her toes, but that's OK. She's still cute! |
